Business English: Planning & Negotiating In this course you will learn how to negotiate and resolve business transactions, and apply the logic and strategies that you developed in your Business English specialization to deal with negotiations in general and with a firm. You will learn about the Academy Award-winning movie "A Beautiful Mind" and how people negotiate. You will learn how to anticipate and manage arguments and how to help people reach a settlement. We’ll also cover topics like how to approach customers, negotiate with big orders, and how to negotiate and close a deal. All of this is done on a capstone project that you’ll use to demonstrate your mastery of the topics covered in this specialization. Once you’ve decided which topics to study, which topics to practice and which topics to delve into, it’s time to move into the actual business negotiation.
