Conflict Transformation Conflict Transformation is a course about conflict and the people who are most affected by conflict, and how to help create a more peaceful world. This course is an introduction to the basic concepts of collective decision-making and the process of creating consensus in conflict. We'll focus on four key areas: • How do we come to a consensus in large interpersonal and intra-conflict settings? • How do we find common ground in conflict? • How do we find common ground in conflict with non-conflictive partners? • How do we find common ground in conflict with violent or aggressive partners? These topics will be covered through lectures, readings, discussions, and various videos.
