O aluno irá aprender conceitos da gestão de clubes e federações esportivas, conceitos de marketing voltados ao esporte e conceitos de patrocínio esportivo. Iremos abordar a relação das federações esportivas com a imprensa e serão dados conceitos de finanças voltados a instituições esportivas.

Course Syllabus

Neste módulo iremos aprender alguns tópicos muito importantes na gestão de clubes e federações esportivas, como por exemplo, quais são os níveis de aplicação do planejamento estratégico, como planejar o esquema estratégico das instituições esportivas, qual a importância do planejamento estratégico e descobrir como o processo de planejamento é realizado nas instituições esportivas.
