The course includes educational video lectures, podcasts, authentic texts for reading and listening, blocks of grammar, speaking and cross-reference assignments. The course consists of 6 weeks, in which you can summarize your knowledge of the topics included in the Standard TRKI-1: I. Keep yourself and the nature safe. (Human health. Ecological problems. Volunteering); II. Who creates Russia. (Contemporary Russia: history and economics. Cultural and scientific figures); III. What do I know about Russia. (State and folk holidays). Each topic includes: ■ a situational-topical minimum: oral speaking genres (watching video lectures, listening to the podcast, speaking and writing assignments); ■ authentic texts for reading and listening; ■ grammar, which provides understanding and production of the texts, according to the level B1 (description, narration, instruction, argumentation, explanation); ■ assignments to each of the parts, as well as peer-assignments, which gives the opportunity to demonstrate the ability to create one’s own oral and written texts and assess other learners. Test of Russian as a Foreign Language The Test of Russian as a Foreign Language (TORFL) (Russian: Тест по русскому языку как иностранному or ТРКИ) is a contemporary test of Russian language for foreign citizens compliant with the best European quality standards.
Test of Russian as a Foreign Language The Test of Russian as a Foreign Language comprises 5 parts examining language competences:
B1 TV B1 TV is a Romanian TV network which began its broadcast in 2001 as a general-profile channel and became a news television in 2011. B1 TV broadcasts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week all over the country.
Cyclin B1 Cyclin B1 expression levels can be used as a tool to determine prognosis of patients with breast cancers. The intracellular concentration can have important implications for cancer prognosis. High levels of nuclear cyclin B1 is associated with high tumor grade, larger tumor size and higher metastasis probability, therefore a high level of cyclin B1 is a predictor of poor prognosis.
Char B1 Today eleven vehicles survive, one Char B1 and ten Char B1 bis.
B1 TV B1 TV’s rebranding took place in March 2011 and became an infotainment TV channel. Two months later, in May, The National Audiovisual Council (CNA) extended B1 TV’s broadcast license up to 9 years. In September 2011, B1 TV officially became a news television station and has been broadcasting as such ever since.
Cyclin B1 Another mechanism by which cyclin B1-Cdk1 activity is regulated is through subcellular localization. Before mitosis almost all cyclin B1 in the cell is located in the cytoplasm, but in late prophase it relocates to the nucleus. This is regulated by the phosphorylation of cyclin B1, in contrast to phosphorylation of Cdk1 regulating the activity of the complex. Phosphorylation of cyclin B1 causes it to be imported to the nucleus, and phosphorylation also prevents export from the nucleus by blocking the nuclear export signal. Cyclin B1 is phosphorylated by and , again setting up a positive feedback loop that commits cyclin B1-Cdk1 to its fate.
B1 (archive format) B1 is an open archive file format that supports data compression and archiving. B1 files use the file extension ".b1" or ".B1" and the MIME media type application/x-b1. B1 incorporates the LZMA compression algorithm.

Procyanidin B1 Procyanidin B1 can be converted into procyanidin A1 by radical oxidation using 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radicals under neutral conditions.
B1 Butcher The B1 Butcher is an unknown serial killer in Namibia. The B1 Butcher murdered at least five women between 2005 and 2007, with all murders related to the National Road B1.
Cyclin B1 Cyclin B1 can reside in the nucleus or the cytoplasm which can have an effect on the malignant potential of cyclin B1 when overexpressed in each location. Nuclear-dominant expression of cyclin B1 leads to poorer prognosis due to its weak activity compared to cytoplasmic cyclin B1. This trend has been observed in esophageal cancer, head and neck squamous cell cancer and breast cancer.
LTA-B1 Rowing Australia defines this classification as "athletes with a visual impairment (LTA-B1, LTA-B2 and LTA-B3)"
Cyclin B1 While the exact mechanism that explains how cyclin B1 becomes overexpressed is not very well understood, previous work has shown that down regulation of cyclin B1 can lead to tumor regression. A possible treatment option for tumor suppression is to deliver gene or protein to target the degradation of cyclin B1. Previous work done has shown that cyclin B1 is essential for tumor cell survival and proliferation and that a decrease in expression levels only leads to tumor-specific and not normal cell death. Reduction of cyclin B1 can stop cells in the G2 phase of the cell cycle and triggers cell death by preventing the chromosomes from condensing and aligning. The specific downregulation of cyclin B1, however, did not influence other molecules that facilitated the transition from the G2 to M phase such as Cdk1, Cdc25c, Plk1 and cyclin A. Therefore the delivery of a therapeutic gene to correct these mutations is a viable treatment option for tumor suppression.
LTA-B1 LTA-B1 is a Paralympic rowing classification. The classifications were developed and current as of March 2011.
B1 domain In molecular biology, the protein domain b1 refers to the domain b1 of Protein L. L is a bacterial protein with immunoglobulin (Ig) light chain-binding properties. It contains a number of homologous b1 repeats towards the N terminus. These repeats have been found to be responsible for the interaction of protein L with Ig light chains. N-terminus domain contains five homologous B1 repeats of 72-76 amino acids each.
