Master strategies and tools that will enable you to more effectively form, join, and lead teams Culture-Driven Team Building Specialization The Culture-Driven Team Building Specialization is for teams that want to leverage cultural connections to find common ground on critical issues related to teamwork. We want teams to actively create culture by systematically identifying, cataloguing, and actively learning from other teams. This course builds on the concepts and models introduced in the Team Building and CULTURAL INTERVALS course( Rather than focusing on individual cultures, the Specialization focuses on teams where identity is the most important determinant of culture. In this course, we will introduce you to the Critical Role of Culture in Improving Work, and how team building can involve creating culture that is relevant and/or reflective of the culture of the team.
